  • Yes, we offer delivery and shipping.

  • We offer delivery (for a fee) based on mileage (distance from store to delivery location). Call store for exact quotes. Delivery times may be limited or restricted to certain time windows. Extended delivery (deliveries outside of normal delivery window) may be offered for an additional fee. Please call store for pricing and availability.

  • We offer shipping to the following states: (NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, DE, MD, NJ, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, NY, PA, WV, KY, TN, AL, MS, AR, LA, MO, IL, IN, OH) Please note certain items such as frosted cupcakes/cakes and cream pies are not available for shipping. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete addresses.

  • Yes, you can come to our store location and pick up any order in person during normal business hours. We are located at 9402 Northlake West Drive Suite 102 Charlotte, NC 28216 (next to the Buffalo Wild Wings).
  • arrow Do you offer alternatives for people with allergies or food restrictions?
  • Yes. Currently we offer sugar-free, gluten-free, and low-carb options for an additional fee. These items are special order and require advanced ordering. Menu items may contain or come into contact with WHEAT, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SOY, and MILK. For more information, please contact the store.
  • arrow How much advance notice do you need to place an order?
  • For Menu items – 24 hours. For Custom orders – contact the store.
  • arrow Do you sell individual servings?
  • Yes, we offer individual servings of many of our products and other ready-to-go items in the store. Stop in to see our selection during normal business hours. 
  • arrow Do you offer wholesale?
  • Yes. Please visit the “Wholesale” tab on our website and fill out the form. Someone will contact you upon receipt of your wholesale application.
  • arrow What is the cancellation or refund policy?
  • No refunds. Deposits are non-refundable. Store credit may be issued at the manager's discretion.
